For tea
Add 1–2 teaspoons of dried nettle leaf to 8–12 ounces of hot water.
Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain. For a stronger mineral infusion, use more herb and allow it to steep for several hours or overnight.
Enjoy warm, over ice, or blended with lemon, mint, honey, or another favorite herb.
Beyond tea
Add nettle to:
- Soups and broths
- Pesto and green sauces
