As a daily tea
Add 1–2 teaspoons of Raspberry Leaf to 8–12 ounces of hot water.
Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain and enjoy warm or over ice.
As a stronger infusion
Add 1–2 tablespoons to a quart-sized jar and cover with hot water.
Steep for several hours or overnight, then strain and refrigerate. Enjoy within 24–48 hours.
As a cycle blend
Combine raspberry leaf with:
- Rose for softness and a floral finish
- Ginger or cinnamon for warmth
- Nettle for a more nourishing green infusion
- Lemon balm or chamomile for an evening ritual
As an herbal bath
Place a small handful of raspberry leaf in a muslin bag and add it to warm bathwater. Pair it with rose or calendula for a simple monthly body-care ritual.
As an infused body oil
Fill a clean, completely dry jar halfway with dried raspberry leaf. Cover fully with jojoba, sweet almond, or olive oil.
Infuse for 2–4 weeks in a cool, dark place, shaking gently every few days. Strain thoroughly and use as a massage or body oil. Use only fully dried herbs to avoid introducing moisture into the oil.
